Nationally Accredited Beauty College |

Before you make an investment of your time, and money taking beauty courses, make sure you’ve selected a nationally accredited beauty college.
A nationally accredited college is one whose programs and courses have met or exceeded industry standards as well as national education quality assurance standards such as those set forth by the Australian Qualifications Framework, or AQF.
The AQF sets the standard for education and training in Australia. What this means for you is that any qualifications you earn in a nationally accredited program will be recognised, and respected by prospective employers throughout Australia, and in many other countries.
Have a look at the options below:

Studying at a nationally accredited institution also means that you do not need to complete all the beauty courses contained in a program at once, but can take a portion now, and then later enhance that qualification with additional qualifications.
For example, you could complete a Certificate III or Certificate IV now at a nationally accredited beauty school, and retain the opportunity to complete additional certifications or a Diploma in Beauty Therapy in the future.
Furthermore, you will be able to take those additional certification courses at the same beauty college or at any other nationally accredited beauty college in Australia.
This is possible because the AQF has set the same standard for every nationally accredited beauty school in Australia. This makes it possible for students to receive a virtually seamless education even when it is necessary to take certain courses at one nationally accredited beauty college, and then complete additional courses later, at another institution.
An additional national accreditation, often seen with the AQF accreditation, is the NSW Vocational Education and Training Board, or VET, or VETAB. This accreditation also assures that the courses you are taking will lead to all the necessary skills, competencies, and qualifications you will require to work with confidence in the beauty industry. It further guarantees that instructors are qualified and competent.
Make sure that you study at a nationally accredited beauty college so that every step you take toward qualifying to work in the beauty industry counts, and leads to opportunities to earn additional certifications now, and in the future.
